CHPK Group has announced the appointment of David Kelly and Mark Blenkinsop as Co-Managing Directors of its Building Consultancy service line, marking the next stage in the continued development of the business.
David and Mark will jointly lead CHPK’s Building Consultancy team, which provides a broad range of professional and project services to developers, landlords, tenants, investors and occupiers across the property lifecycle. The service includes technical due diligence and building surveys, project management, employer’s agent and contract administration, cost consultancy, project monitoring, landlord and tenant advisory and building safety services.
Both David and Mark have extensive experience within CHPK and the wider building consultancy sector, and their complementary expertise will support the continued growth of the service line and its client offering.
The appointments follow the decision of current Managing Director Lori Clarke to step down from the role. Lori will remain with CHPK as a Consultant, continuing to support the business and its clients with his extensive experience and expertise.

The leadership change forms part of CHPK’s wider focus on strengthening its specialist service lines and delivering joined-up expertise across building consultancy, building control, building safety, façade engineering, fire engineering and services engineering.
David Kelly and Mark Blenkinsop will work closely with the Building Consultancy team, CHPK’s wider leadership group and clients to build on the service line’s existing strengths and identify further opportunities for growth.
The appointments are effective immediately.
