Mark Blenkinsop

Bio

Mark Blenkinsop is co-Managing Director of CHPK Building Consultancy, a role he has held since September 2026, where he was previously head of the Northern Region where he oversaw strategic delivery and service excellence.

Mark has a vast breadth of commercial surveying experience, spanning Building Surveying services including Project Management, Landlord and Tenant matters, Neighbourly Matters and complex client-focused solutions. Prior to joining CHPK, Mark served as Director at Avison Young, where he provided surveying advice and project oversight, and before that as Principal Surveyor at GVA, gaining deep experience across the built environment.

A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Mark combines technical expertise with strong strategic leadership to support CHPK’s clients across the Northern regions, ensuring outcomes that are practical, commercially sound and aligned with organisational goals.
