Mark Blenkinsop

Bio

Mark Blenkinsop is Head of Northern Regions at CHPK, a role he has held since November 2020, where he oversees strategic delivery and service excellence across the region.

Mark has a vast breadth of commercial surveying experience, spanning Building Surveying services including Project Management, Landlord and Tenant matters, Neighbourly Matters and complex client-focused solutions. Prior to joining CHPK, Mark served as Director at Avison Young, where he provided surveying advice and project oversight, and before that as Principal Surveyor at GVA, gaining deep experience across the built environment.

A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Mark combines technical expertise with strong strategic leadership to support CHPK’s clients across the Northern regions, ensuring outcomes that are practical, commercially sound and aligned with organisational goals.
