Louise Harrison-Clarke

Bio

Louise is CHPK’s Chief of Staff and leads the people and organisational strategy for the Group. Working closely with the CEO, she ensures the company’s growth is supported by a strong culture, effective leadership, and high-performing teams. She is also a member of the Senior Management Team.

Louise joined CHPK in 2023 as Human Resources Director and played a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with the people strategy, overseeing HR operations, talent development, and employee engagement across all parts of the organisation.

A Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Louise brings extensive experience from senior roles across a range of industries including consultancy, social care and hotels and leisure.

Her practical approach, combined with a passion for people development, ensures CHPK continues to evolve as a collaborative, values-driven, and dynamic place to work.
