Lori Clarke

Bio

Lori graduated in 1994 and has since worked as a Chartered Building Surveyor and Project Manager, operating exclusively within the commercial property field from independent practices. Lori formed Propitas Building and Project Consultants alongside Elliot in 2007 and the company joined the CHPK group in 2025.

Long term clients include several of the large pension funds, banks and property companies, as well as a number of large occupiers.

Lori has an inquisitive and practical nature and enjoys solving the wide range of technical challenges encountered in his working life.

Lori now jointly manages the Building Consultancy team alongside Elliot Dawson, with responsibility for service delivery and growth of the division.
