Johnathan Coyne

Bio

Johnathan is the Managing Director of CHPK Building Safety Consultancy, having joined the business in 2025 to lead its Building Safety and Health & Safety Consultancy services.

Johnathan brings extensive experience gained from over 15 years at CBRE, where he led the Health & Safety Consultancy team within Building Consultancy & Planning. During this time, he acted as CDM and Health & Safety Consultant across a broad range of UK and international construction projects, developing and implementing Health & Safety Management Systems for clients across the EMEA region.

At CHPK, Johnathan and his team take the lead in discharging the Principal Designer role and providing strategic Health & Safety advice throughout the project lifecycle. Their focus is on designing out hazards where reasonably practicable and ensuring robust compliance with UK and EU legislation for both domestic and international clients.
