Frazer Argyros-Farrell is the Managing Director of CHPK Fire Engineering, bringing over 25 years of strategic leadership in fire safety, property risk, and insurance.

Frazer’s career spans senior roles in international fire consultancy, global insurance brokerage, underwriting, and loss adjusting, delivering risk solutions to major clients across the real estate, manufacturing, retail, and logistics sectors. His work has taken him around the world, helping global brands, including Rolls-Royce, Coca-Cola Hellenic, DHL, M&G, Tesco/Kipa, Walmart, Bidvest, Bently, Burberry, Westfield/Unibail Rodamco, Bacardi and William Grant, strengthen their risk profiles with a sharp focus on fire prevention and property resilience.

In 2020, Frazer returned to his roots in fire safety as a Director of Consultancy for a Fire Engineering company before being appointed Managing Director of CHPK Fire Engineering in 2023. He now drives the firm’s strategic growth, client engagement, and operational excellence, underpinned by deep technical insight and commercial acumen.
