Bio

Fabienne has nearly 20 years’ experience across the real estate, construction, legal, and financial services sectors, bringing a thoughtful, strategic approach to identifying market opportunities and supporting sustainable business growth. 

As Head of Business Development at CHPK Group, Fabienne leads initiatives that strengthen client relationships, expand market presence, and support the Group’s long-term commercial objectives. She works closely with teams across the business to develop and implement tailored growth strategies that align with sector trends and the wider ambitions of the firm. 

Fabienne has extensive experience working within fully integrated business development and marketing teams, with hands-on involvement across PR, digital marketing, event management, and brand strategy. Her expertise includes raising brand awareness, generating new business opportunities, and enhancing the firm’s visibility in key commercial markets. She is also highly experienced in delivering high-profile events and campaigns, producing award-winning submissions, and representing the business at industry events across the UK and Europe. 

Having worked within international networks, Fabienne has built and nurtured strong relationships across Europe and North America, bringing a valuable global perspective to her role.  

Known for her collaborative, open-door leadership style and emotional intelligence, she is energised by working with teams, shaping business strategy, and plays an active role in ED&I and mental health initiatives, as well as networks supporting women within the built environment.
