Elliot Dawson

Bio

Elliot is the co-Managing Director of CHPK Building Consultancy and has worked as a Chartered Building Surveyor and Project Manager within the commercial property sector since 1994. Elliot formed Propitas Building and Project Consultants alongside Lori Clarke in 2007 and the company joined the CHPK Group in 2025.

Elliot has expertise in due diligence, dilapidations and project services including Contract Administration, Project Management and Project Monitoring across a range of sectors and values with clients including pension funds, property companies, banks and occupiers.

Elliot now jointly manages the CHPK Building Consultancy team alongside Lori with responsibility for service delivery and growth of the division.
