Bio

Dwarakanathan has more than 13 years of experience in Façade Engineering and possesses a strong understanding of facade engineering principles, fire performance of external walls, structural design, materials selection, and construction methods. Since the introduction of PAS 9980, he has been at the forefront of external wall fire risk assessments, collaborating with diverse clients and consultants.

He has assisted the Chartered Engineers in conducting the FRAEW and has been responsible for delivering a vast number of FRAEW projects for our diverse client base, including some of the largest key UK Developers, Contractors, Real Estate Investment Funds, Real Estate Managers and Building Operators, to increase fire safety and reduce the risk for building occupants.

He has worked on intricate façade engineering projects of varying nature, including high-rise, IT-Parks, Hospitals, Hotels, Mixed-use developments, Retail and Residential across the UK, Middle East, and India and has been responsible for delivering the projects to a high standard.

Dwarakanathan is a Member of the Society of Façade Engineering (MSFE). His expertise in façade engineering, fire safety regulations, and risk assessment methodologies has been instrumental in providing valuable insights to clients and contributing to safer buildings. Dwarakanathan holds a Master’s in façade engineering and is working towards his chartership.
