Bio

Chouaib is an accomplished Architect and Building Envelope Specialist with an MSc in Façade Engineering and over 20 years of experience across the UK and international markets. He has successfully led façade teams and delivered design and engineering consultancy services for diverse projects in the UK and the Middle East. His portfolio includes landmark developments such as Selfridges in Birmingham, Aldar HQ, the World Trade Centre in Abu Dhabi, and Salalah Airport. His expertise spans projects of varying scale and complexity, reflecting his commitment to advancing façade engineering and delivering innovative solutions.

More recently, Chouaib has made notable contributions by integrating façade and fire engineering. His insights have been pivotal in improving fire risk assessments of external wall systems in existing buildings and in developing remediation strategies to address fire safety defects. He is committed to a streamlined design process that prioritises safety, achieves aesthetic brilliance and maintain functionality without compromising on the overall performance of the building envelopes.

Chouaib is a Fellow of the Society of Façade Engineering (SFE, UK), a LEED AP, and is dedicated to embracing cutting-edge practices that positively impact the built environment.
