Ashley Nicholls

Bio

Ashley is an Associate Director with CHPK Services Engineering and brings over 14 years of experience delivering innovative building services solutions across commercial, residential, and heritage projects.

He started his career with Waterman Group, completing a sponsored degree in Building Services Engineering, and has since worked on large-scale developments, Cat A/B fit-outs, and bespoke residential projects in London, Jersey, and beyond.

Ashley’s research into low/zero carbon heat pump technology, conducted in collaboration with London Southbank University and London Underground, was published and presented at the ASHRAE Winter Conference 2018.

Ashley’s approach blends technical expertise with sustainability. He focuses on reducing operational and embodied carbon, integrating the latest energy-efficient technologies, and ensuring projects deliver flexible, comfortable, and environmentally responsible outcomes.
