All our Building Surveyors are Members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and specialise in the objective assessment of buildings to determine their condition. Unlike many competitors, we don’t use standard templates — every report is drafted word by word by our surveyors, ensuring it’s entirely bespoke to your property and requirements.

Pre-acquisition surveys – independent appraisals of technical risk for freehold or leasehold acquisitions. We coordinate full technical due diligence teams, providing clear, comprehensive, and actionable reports — often issuing preliminary summaries within 48 hours.
