CHPK were engaged as Quantity Surveyors & Project Managers for the Pre and Post Contract Works. Approx 13,000 sqft and residential scheme forming 3 flats.
A technically demanding project entailing extensive structural alterations and reconfiguration of 2 existing retail units, over 3 storeys into one larger unit.
Works comprised the removal of internal structural walls & floors, lowering basement slab & associated underpinning, incorporating a new internal steel frame & shopfronts.
External stonework facade retained, whilst working within a very confined & high end area of London.
