CHPK were engaged as cost managers for the pre contract works, utilising extensive experience to undertake a feasibility cost plan. We also negotiated with local authority cost consultants to agree budgets for the project.
Our sister company ACT also undertook Building Control Services throughout the project.
Refurbishment of Grade II listed Victorian Warehouse built in 1869. (The last remaining Sailmakers and Ship Chandlers Warehouse in the East End of London) into 136 Nr residential apartments & commercial premises. The development consisted of the refurbishment of the Warehouse to accommodate new commercial premises with an adjacent new build residential block. Value circa £35m.
