CHPK were appointed by the DMGT to manage the Reinstatement Cost Assessments on their entire pension portfolio; in excess of 50 properties across the UK.
CHPK managed the entire process, including arranging inspections and scheduling the portfolio requirements to ensure that each property has a desktop revision each year and a complete reinspection every three years in accordance with RICS Guidelines.
The client was provided with individual reports for each property along with an overview of the whole portfolio for use by the Board.
Where necessary, CHPK liaised with the portfolio insurers and tenants to answer technical questions that had arisen.
