Appointed to act on behalf of the Building Owners on the development of a tight, land- locked site in Lewisham, south east London. This project had a tight program with strict deadlines.
The site was surrounded by an old historic party fence wall, which required careful consideration as the Building Owner planned to carry out some close adjacent excavation work.
Specialist engineering advice was called on, to prevent delays. We had to serve notice on 40 adjoining owners including some to request section 8 access to construct new walls on the line of junction.
Once on site, there was damage caused to adjoining properties, which we resolved promptly.
