Our Project Management service, which can include Contract Administration if required, will assist you from inception to completion of your project.
Our responsibilities include:
– Advice on selection of design consultants
– Advice on statutory matters such as planning, building control, CDM regulations and Party Wall requirements.
– Advising on design and pre-contract matters
– Production of tender documents
– Review and reporting on tender returns
– Contract Administration duties including drafting contracts and all contractual certificates required
– Liaising with design team on any changes required and advising on implications
– Monitoring of the works and advising on risks to costs or programme.
– Overseeing the defects period.
