Since 2005, Tom Moriarty and Gavin Lacey have led CHPK Group together as business partners. In any owner-led business, formal titles have always been a way to divide focus, rather than define leadership and this has been very much a joint enterprise.
Since joining Celnor Group in July 2024, Tom and Gavin have been transitioning their roles to enable the next five-year plan.
From today, 20th October, Tom Moriarty, who has served as CEO, will become Chairman, continuing to support and shape CHPK’s strategic direction and long-term growth plans and Gavin Lacey, previously COO, will take on the role of CEO, leading day-to-day operations and driving the next chapter of the business.
