CHPK Group has announced three key appointments to its Building Safety Consultancy Division as the business continues to expand its services and capabilities across the UK.

Johnathan Coyne, Managing Director, Jenny Parker, Director and Kristian Gradev, Senior Consultant, all join from CBRE and together they will play a central role in strengthening and expanding the Group’s Building Safety services.

Johnathan Coyne (pictured on the left) has been appointed as Managing Director of CHPK Building Safety Consultancy and will also join the Group’s Senior Management Team. Formerly Head of Health & Safety Consultancy at CBRE/T&T Advisory Building Consultancy, Johnathan will be based at CHPK’s London Head Office, overseeing the delivery of CDM and Health & Safety consultancy services across the UK and EMEA.
With extensive experience in the design, implementation, and monitoring of health and safety management systems for complex construction projects, Johnathan also advises international clients on compliance with UK and EU health and safety legislation

Jenny Parker (pictured centre) joins as Director of Building Safety Consultancy, bringing a proven record in CDM and Health & Safety advisory services. Jenny has led consultancy projects across multiple sectors, with particular expertise in aviation (both land- and airside). She also provides strategic advice to international clients navigating UK and EU health and safety frameworks.

Kristian Gradev (pictured right), formerly Principal Designer within CBRE’s Health & Safety Consultancy, joins CHPK as Senior Consultant. Based in Manchester, Kristian has significant experience in identifying and mitigating health, safety, and welfare risks across complex, high-value projects in both the UK and EU. In addition to his Principal Designer duties, he will support clients in meeting their regulatory obligations and embedding proactive safety management practices.
