David Kelly

Bio

David is an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor, and has specialised in project management. He currently leads the Fire Safety Remediation projects within CHPK, and has extensive experience working with Commercial Landlords, Local Authorities, Managing Agents, and RTM/RMC Companies. David has been extensively involved within the CSS and BSF funding programmes for residential buildings, and assisted commercial building owners in undertaking remediation schemes across a variety of use classes. He has also advised around various enforcement proceedings, from Local Authorities, helping building owners overcome the requirements of Enforcement undertaken on their buildings.

David has also gained extensive experience in more traditional building surveying roles, including PPMs, LTAs, Works in connection with the Party Wall Etc Act, and other professional services.

David is an APC Chairman, and has also sat on the RICS Matrics London Board, contributing to the development of aspiring Chartered Surveyors.
