Getting a project to the point where a contractor’s prices are submitted often means considerable client spending commitment.
CHPK can help you remove most of the risk by preparing budget costs for any project, no matter how big or small. We will also provide you with budget costs for the fees you are likely to incur. This will allow you to make an informed decision on whether to progress with a project before committing to expenditure on substantial fees.
Architects, engineers, project managers, planning and building control fees must be paid before you know what the actual works will cost. If the project costs then increase or it is subsequently cancelled, your fee commitment and perhaps other costs may be lost. CHPK can plan to help you avoid this.
If you have already received costs for a project from a contractor but are concerned that they may be inflated we can also help. We are able to review prices in order to advise whether they are a fair market cost or not, before you enter into an agreement.
For more complex construction projects we can also offer a full quantity surveying service. We can either act as QS alongside your chosen project manager or we can bolt this onto our contract administration and/or project management service.
