CHPK were asked to carry out a particularly thorough investigation into this prestige Grade II* building. The property had been subject to an extensive refurbishment by a developer who was new to the UK market and, due to market difficulties in the high end residential sector, had languished on the market for approximately 30 months.

We spent several days on site and carried out extensive enquiries into both the fabric of the building and the supporting paperwork, particularly in relation to planning and conservation issues as well a the M & E fit out. Having identified the issues our report enabled our client to re-engage with the vendor on price as well as a number of other issues.
