Cladding Remediation Project Management
CHPK are experienced in large-scale construction Project Management and we are therefore excellently placed to oversee any cladding remediation projects you may be considering as a result of your building’s EWS1 rating.
Our practiced Project Managers follow RICS approved processes to develop a project programme and specifications to your requirements in conjunction with cladding manufacturers and other sub- consultants.
CHPK’s Quantity Surveying specialists can provide cost assessments for the proposed options which can be used to seek value engineering solutions. Following approval by the Client, we can apply for planning permission on your behalf and tender the projects to a minimum of three contractors. We would provide a detailed review of the tender returns, including providing recommendations for the preferred contractor.
Once on site, CHPK’s Project Management team act as the project’s Project Manager, Principal Designer, Quantity Surveyor and Contract Administrator, attending site on a weekly basis and circulating inspection notes and meeting minutes through to the project’s completion.
